Reozix provides software development and technology services to businesses, agencies and startups. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through reozix.com.

Information you give us when you send an enquiry: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, project details and any files or links you share.

Basic technical information such as browser type, pages visited and approximate region, collected to keep the site secure and to understand how it is used.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare estimates and proposals, and manage the working relationship if we engage.

To maintain, secure and improve the website. We do not sell personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the website and communicate with you (for example hosting, email and scheduling providers), and where required by law. Providers are expected to protect the information they handle.

When we deliver a project, client data is handled under the agreement for that engagement, including its confidentiality, access and data-processing terms. Use of client data in external AI services requires an agreed approach.

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business record, and then delete or anonymise it. We use access controls and reasonable technical measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@reozix.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law.
