How much does a project cost?
Pricing depends on scope, complexity, required skills, dependencies and timeline, so we do not publish fixed packages. Request an estimate and we will scope it. Third-party costs such as hosting, licences and API usage are itemised separately.
What is the best way to start?
Send us a short brief through the estimate form. If requirements are still unclear, we can begin with a discovery and technical scoping engagement that ends with requirements, recommendations and a phased plan.
Do you work with agencies under our brand?
Yes. As a white-label partner we deliver the agreed technical work while you keep the client relationship, brand and communication. Direct contact with your client requires your authorisation.
Where are you based and how will we communicate?
Reozix works with clients worldwide. Our founders are in Australia and Canada and our delivery team is in Bangladesh. Communication channels and working-hour overlap are agreed at kickoff, and we work in English and Bangla.
Who owns the source code?
Ownership, source-code handover, third-party licences and confidentiality are documented in the agreement for each engagement, so there are no surprises at delivery.
Can you maintain or take over an existing system?
Yes. We begin with a review of the existing system, its dependencies and business-critical functions, then plan fixes, maintenance or a phased modernisation.
How do you handle our data and AI tools?
Data access and third-party processing are reviewed during scoping. Using client data in external AI services requires an agreed approach, and AI projects define evaluation criteria, human review and limits on automated actions.
What happens after launch?
Deployment, handover and documentation are part of the agreed scope. Where an ongoing agreement is in place we provide maintenance and support, with covered systems, service hours and response targets defined in writing.
